Michael's Day in Sydney

We dropped off the car down by the Harbour and then took the city bus to to Fish Market so Michael could experience their "breakfast". He loved it as much as we did especially the fresh sushi. From there we took the light rail and then the monorail to CentrePoint. Mom and I shopped while Dad and Michael went up the Needle. Next we took a cab to the ferries and we went on the Harbour tour. Michael opted not to climb the bridge, we all thought he would. From Harbour tour we took a bus to the City Market, an inside flea market. Mom and Dad had massages, while Michael and I shopped. We walked back to the hostel to regroup and then took a cab to a delicious Bavarian Restaurant on "The Rocks" for dinner. After dinner we walked all around the Opera House, it was so beautiful all lit up. We then took the last bus back to the hostel. What a day, all modes of transporation and showing Michael so much. We had experienced all this two weeks previously and wanted Michael to enjoy it all as well.

The next morning we experienced our last Sydney latte and breakfast egg roll. Sure hope we come back to Australia again. Our next country to visit is New Zealand. We had not done as much research on New Zealand or Fiji as we had on Australia and even as we were leaving Australia we were booking our next hostels.

New Zealand

The flight to Auckland, New Zealand was only 2 hours. We had 5 days in New Zealand so we had to carefully plan how we spent our time, with so much do and see.
